The book behind the system

Learn the principles from Dr. Diaa Al-Awadi's book

A guided reading path through the book on the Al-Tayebaat system. The content is based on the edition indexed in the app's knowledge base.

The core philosophy

The system divides foods into “Tayebaat” (good things) that benefit the body and “Khabaa'ith” (harmful things) that, according to the system, damage it and cause silent inflammation. The idea is to replace processed and chemically treated foods with natural foods that haven't changed throughout history.

Why is the system easy to start?

  • Developed by a critical care medicine consultant
  • No calorie counting or strict timing
  • Covers allowed and forbidden foods, meal structure and the theories behind them
